What is an ATM?
An automated teller machine (ATM) is an electronic banking outlet that allows customers to complete basic transactions without a branch representative or teller’s aid.
How do I buy/sell with Belco?

What nominals do crypto ATMs accept?
Belco accepts 20, 50, and 100 dollar nominals.
What are the trading fees?
We charge a 10% buying fee and a 3% selling fee. However, you can cut your fees up to 50% by paying with CATM tokens.
How long does it take to confirm transactions?
It depends on the cryptocurrency. Usually, Bitcoin transactions take around 15 minutes to confirm. Ethereum is closer to five minutes, with most altcoins taking around one minute.
What are the ATM limits?
Unverified users are limited to $900 per transaction and $900 per day. Verified users see a $3000 per transaction limit, with a $10,000 per day limit. Our VIP verified users can transact up to $10,000 per transaction and trade up to $20,000 per day.
Do you accept debit or credit cards?
No, it’s a cash-only ATM.
I didn't get my receipt. What I can do?

How can I make large buy/sell deals?

How can I update my phone number?

How long registration approvement takes?

I got an error while using the ATM machine. What I should do?
Please don’t panic, our ATMs are very smart and the error is most likely due to a bad internet connection or a jam, contact our support team and we’ll fix your transaction.
